Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a hybrid organic light emitting display device (100) including a driving thin film transistor (D-TFT, 360) having an oxide semiconductor pattern (311) and a switching thin film transistor (330, 340) having an oxide semiconductor pattern (312) or a polycrystalline semiconductor pattern (303) in a driving device unit for driving a sub pixel, in which a light blocking layer (308) below an active layer is electrically connected to a source electrode (319S) to form the driving thin film transistor (D-TFT, 360) with wide control range at low gradation and the light blocking layer (308) is disposed as close as possible to the active layer to broaden the control range of the driving thin film transistor (D-TFT, 360).
