Zusammenfassung:	A fuel tank manufacturing apparatus (1) for a fuel tank, the fuel tank having therein a built-in component (6) with a head portion (6d), a neck portion (6c), and a shoulder portion (6b), and having the built-in component (6) anchored to a tank body with a part of a parison (S) wrapped around the neck portion (6c) during molding the tank body, includes: a pair of molding dies (3, 4) to have the parison (S) transferred to the built-in component (6) by blow molding; and shaping devices (30, 40) respectively provided in the pair of molding dies (3, 4), wherein the shaping devices (30, 40) each include: an end surface (30a) to contact the parison (S); a recess (30b) provided in the end surface (30a) to receive the head portion (6d) and the neck portion (6c) and covered by the shoulder portion (6b) during molding; and an air hole (30d) provided in an area of a bottom surface (30f) of the recess (30b), corresponding to the head portion (6d), through which air pressure is applied toward the head portion (6d).
