Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to the technical field of safe storage and transportation of natural gas, and discloses a hydrate promoter, a hydrate, and a preparation method thereof; the hydrate promoter comprises a component A which is a substance having a group represented by the Formula I below and a surfactant, wherein a molar ratio of the component A to the surfactant is 1: (0.03-30). The present disclosure desirably overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional hydrate promoter, such as small gas storage capacity and low generation rate, the present disclosure is further capable of suppressing generation of air bubbles and improving the gas recovery rate of hydrate during decomposition process of the hydrate, as compared to the conventional hydrate promoter, thus has a favorable application prospect for natural gas storage and transportation with the hydrate.
