Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates in particular to a stay device (20) which can be installed and removed in a number of ways. In a first installation and removal mode, a first bolt (26) on a stay arm (22), it being possible for said bolt to be pivoted about its longitudinal axis, can preferably be introduced into and withdrawn from a widened opening region (38) of a face-plate arrangement (24) and, from there, can be pushed into and out of a slot-like opening region (40) in which the bolt engages, by way of its widened, free end (28), behind at least one flank (42, 44) of the slot-like opening region (40). In the pivoted position of the first bolt (26), in order to implement a second installation and removal mode, the first bolt (26) can preferably be introduced into and withdrawn from the slot-like opening region (40) in the direction of its longitudinal axis, at least at a position of said slot-like opening region (40) which is directly adjacent to the widened opening region (38). Further preferably, the stay device (20) has a latching means (64) comprising a second bolt (30) on the stay arm (22), it being possible for this second bolt to be latched at the free end of an auxiliary link arrangement (50) of the face-plate arrangement (24). The invention also relates to a window or door, in particular a tiltable window or door, comprising a fixed frame and such a stay device (20), wherein the stay device (20) is arranged preferably on the upper side of a window casement or door leaf. Finally, the invention relates preferably to a method for installing and removing such a window or such a door, in which method, in order to introduce the first bolt (26) into and withdraw it from the slot-like opening region (40), the upper side of the window casement or door leaf is pivoted away from the fixed frame or in the direction of the fixed frame, respectively. |
