According to the technical solution, delay alignment can be quickly completed in a transmission process on a data frame that needs to be synchronously transmitted, to ensure synchronous transmission of the data frame. The method includes: A source node transmits a first data frame to a first node through a first transmission channel, and transmits a second data frame to the first node through a second transmission channel. The first node is a downstream node of the source node. The first data frame includes a first identifier, and the second data frame includes a second identifier. The first identifier corresponds to the second identifier, indicating the first node to perform delay alignment on the first data frame and the second data frame.
