Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a coupling arrangement in a wave energy recovery apparatus that comprises a reciprocating panel with a pivot shaft (2a), a power-take-off unit with a primary shaft (4a) and a coupling (5), which coupling (5) comprises a first part (5a) connected the pivot shaft (2a) of the panel and a second part (5b) connected to the primary shaft (4a) of the power-take-off unit. The two parts (5a, 5b) of the coupling (5) are fastened together to form a hollow entity with two opposite end walls (5c) each end wall (5c) comprising at least a first zone and a second zone that is more flexible than the first zone.
