Zusammenfassung:A heat energy management system of the present disclosure includes: a heat source device; a cogeneration system configured to supply both heat and power; a first heat utilization device and a heat exchanger which are connected to the heat source device by a heat conduit; a second heat utilization device connected to the cogeneration system by the heat conduit; a private power facility; an electric wire configured to connect the cogeneration system and the private power facility to a power system; and a control system configured to control the heat source device and the cogeneration system. The control system is configured to calculate at least one of an input fuel amount and an input power amount to the heat source device based on a heat demand in the first heat utilization device, supply heat from the heat source device to the first heat utilization device, and cause generated power of the cogeneration system to flow backward to the power system or supply the generated power to the private power facility.
