Zusammenfassung:	A lithium iron phosphate cathode sheet, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium iron phosphate lithium-ion battery are disclosed , wherein the lithium iron phosphate cathode sheet includes lithium iron phosphate particles, and in the lithium iron phosphate particles, in terms of particle number, a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size in the range of 50nm-500nm is 70-90%, a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size greater than 500nm and less than 1000nm is 5-20%, and a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size in the range of 1µm-10µm is 2-10%.
