Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a bearing assembly for a drive shaft of a turbocompressor, comprising at least one water-hydraulic bearing designed to rotatably mount the drive shaft of the turbocompressor, said water-hydraulic bearing surrounding the drive shaft over a circumference of the drive shaft such that a bearing gap is formed. The water-hydraulic bearing is further designed to let water flow through the bearing gap so as to water-hydraulically mount the drive shaft. The bearing assembly additionally comprises a cold start element designed to conduct heat from a stator winding of an electric drive unit of the turbocompressor to the bearing of the bearing assembly.
