Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that can highly accurately determine, at low cost, whether or not a mobile terminal to be used can provide a service when a service using a mobile terminal is provided.A missing value indicating a degree of data missing detected by a communication terminal is calculated, and a whitelist is generated in association with a query including a manufacturer, a product, and OS version information of a communication terminal in which the missing value is smaller than a predetermined threshold and the degree of missing is small. When the communication terminal requests service provision based on data detected by the communication terminal, a query is searched for in a whitelist to determine whether or not service provision is possible. The present disclosure can be applied to a system that provides a service based on a detection result of a sensor mounted on a smartphone.
