Zusammenfassung:	A blending plan generation method includes a capturing step of capturing input data necessary for generating a blending plan, a constraint condition including a property constraint after blending of raw materials, a stock constraint for each brand of the raw materials, and an operation constraint regarding an operation condition, a confirmed plan constraint capturing step of capturing, as a confirmed plan constraint, an already confirmed plan among blending plans to be planned, an optimization problem generation step of formulating an optimization problem based on the input data, the constraint condition, the confirmed plan constraint, and a preset evaluation function value, and an optimization step of solving the optimization problem.
