Zusammenfassung:	A system for treating a diseased native valve in a patient, the system comprising a compressible and expandable frame structure with an expanded configuration comprising one or more anchor retaining elements disposed along one or more lateral sides of the frame structure, and one or more anchors having a free end. In one embodiment, the anchors are slidably disposed within the one or more anchor retaining elements of the frame structure and can be configured to be releasably attached to one or more proximal anchor pusher elements disposed within an inner shaft of a delivery device.
