Zusammenfassung:	A turbine section has: a rotor (30) rotatable about a central axis (11), the rotor (30) having blades (32) each protruding radially outwardly from a platform (34) relative to the central axis (11); a stator (40) having vanes (41) each protruding radially outwardly from a shroud (42); a rim seal (50) between the platform (34) and the shroud (42), the rim seal (50) having: an axial overlap between the platform (34) and the shroud (42), and a lip (44) protruding in a direction having a radial component relative to the central axis (11) from one of the platform (34) and the shroud (42) toward the other of the platform (34) and the shroud (42), the lip (44) axially overlapping the other of the platform (34) and the shroud (42), the lip (44) having a radial height such that a radial gap remains between the lip (44) and the other of the platform (34) and the shroud (42) when the turbine section is in operation.
