Zusammenfassung:	A method for operating a vehicle electrical system, which includes an energy store. The energy store is assigned a sensor processing unit, and an electronic load distributor. At least one measured variable is detected using the sensor processing unit, and a parameter of the energy store is calculated taking the at least one measured variable into account. A plausibility check of the at least one measured variable is carried out, and a plausibility check of the calculation is carried out, for which purpose the electronic load distributor is used.
