Zusammenfassung:	Since usually paste-like material to be metered out, especially self-levelling material, is to contain preferably no gas - such as air - at all, the content of measurement gas - the oxygen content in the case of air, for example - is determined as close as possible to the site of consumption by means of a Clark sensor (1.2) (amperometric, consumptive measuring technique) or of a non-consumptive optical measuring technique and from this determination the total air content of the material (M) is computed.
