The cosmetic component spraying device according to the present disclosure includes a laser irradiation unit that irradiates the mixture with a laser light, and a capturing electrode having the same polarity as a polarity of the cosmetic component. According to the cosmetic component spraying device according to the present disclosure, a cosmetic component can be suitably fixed to a target part.
