Zusammenfassung:	Each of a feeding unit and a connector unit is provided with power supply ports and ground ports. In at least one of a connection of the power supply ports of the feeding unit and the power supply ports of the connector unit and a connection of the ground ports of the feeding unit and the ground ports of the connector unit, the number of parallel lines in at least a partial section is changed according to a length of the connection. In this way, a voltage drop between the feeding unit and the connector unit is adjusted.
