A spacer shim (8) is arranged between said turns (6) in a straight longitudinal region (61) of the coils (4). The spacer shim (8, 80) comprises a base part (81, 801) configured to extend longitudinally from the end face of the pack of plates (3), in the straight longitudinal region (61) of said coils (4), and at least one wedge part (82, 802) extending substantially perpendicularly from the base part (81, 801).
