Zusammenfassung:An example method of forming a composite structure (100) includes applying a laminated charge (116) onto an expandable pallet (112), moving the expandable pallet (112) in a linear motion relative to a plurality of rollers (118A, 118), and progressively urging the laminated charge (116) into a continuously expanding recess (120) defined by the expandable pallet (112) using the plurality of rollers (118A, 118). The plurality of rollers (118A, 118) are oriented in a serial configuration so as to shape the laminated charge (116) into at least part of a shape of the composite structure (100).
