A functional layer of vegetation (4), in particular a moss layer, is retained on a front side (9) of the carrier structure (3). The carrier structure (3) is fixed to the frame (2) on at least two opposite sides. On a rear side (10) facing away from the front side (9), the carrier structure (3) is not covered over a surface area equivalent to at least 50% of the surface area of the functional layer (4).
