Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a combustion chamber (200) of an industrial boiler which can be heated by a burner device (210), comprising a static flow mixing device (100) which comprises at least one static mixer element (10), wherein the static mixer element (10) comprises a main part with a material strength (18), said main part being made of a heat-resistant material and having a through-channel (20). The through-channel (20) runs from a front inflow side (11) to a rear-face outflow side (12) through the main part in the longitudinal axial direction (26) of the through-channel, wherein multiple flow conducting elements (30) are arranged on the inflow side (11), each flow conducting element protruding from the inflow side (11) in the form of flat guide vanes (31) and running from an edge section (24) of the through-channel (20) to the outer edge (13) of the inflow side (11), and a respective swirl surface (28) is arranged between the flow conducting elements (30) in a recessed manner, said swirl surface (28) being inclined downwards at an angle (α) towards the outer edge (13) of the inflow side (11). The invention additionally relates to a static flow mixing device (100).
