Zusammenfassung:	A control device comprises: a first identification information acquiring unit configured to acquire first identification information which is identification information for identifying the power accumulation device; a second identification information acquiring unit configured to acquire second identification information which is identification information for identifying the power device; and a determining unit configured to determine, when the first identification information and the second identification information do not match, (i) to prohibit or limit power exchange between the power accumulation device and the power device, (ii) to output an identification abnormality signal indicating that the first identification information and the second identification information do not match, or (iii) not to output an identification normality signal indicating that the first identification information and the second identification information match.
