Zusammenfassung:	A sensing device for monitoring a steam quality of a steam sterilant in a chamber and a sterilizing system including the sensing device are provided. The sensing device sensing includes a sensor tube having an open end and a closed end. The open end is configured to receive the steam sterilant from the chamber. The sensing device further includes a housing at least partially receiving the sensor tube therein. The housing includes an inlet and an outlet. The housing defines a flow passage between the inlet and the outlet. The inlet of the housing is configured to receive a coolant within the flow passage and the outlet of the housing is configured to discharge the coolant from the flow passage. The sensing device further includes a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. Each of the first and second temperature sensors is disposed in fluid communication with the flow passage.
