Zusammenfassung:	A steam cooking apparatus has a user interface area in front of a cooking chamber, and a heating chamber and a cooling chamber behind the cooking chamber. A fan arrangement comprises a circulation fan for providing the circulation of heated air in the cooking chamber and a cooling fan. The cooling fan expels cooling air which follows a path which leads to the user interface chamber and leads from the user interface chamber to an exit port in the base. The path includes a channel arrangement in the base.
