Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a multilayer body which comprises: a core member that has a plurality of hollow structural units which have at least one shape that is selected from the group consisting of a columnar shape, a polygonal columnar shape, a conical shape, a polygonal pyramidal shape, and a combination of two or more of these shapes, wherein the maximum width of cross-sectional shapes of the hollow structural units is from 3 to 15 mm; an adhesive layer that is arranged on at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the core member; and a unidirectional fiber-reinforced resin sheet that is arranged in contact with the adhesive layer, while containing a thermoplastic resin. The present invention also discloses a method for producing this multilayer body. This multilayer body is light in weight, while having excellent bending properties such as bending modulus of elasticity.
