Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a sensor intended for controlling a target part at a temperature higher than 400°C, the sensor comprising: - a set of electrically conductive particles (6), at least some of the conductive particles constituting a conductive network (7), an electrical property of which depends on an arrangement of the conductive particles constituting the conductive network, the arrangement being modifiable, more than 90% of the conductive particles, referred to as "elongated conductive particles", as a percentage by number, having a form factor higher than 2 and a thickness of less than 20,000 nanometres, - a ceramic phase (4) for protecting the conductive network, the ceramic phase being constituted by ceramic particles, the ceramic phase comprising more than 90% ceramic particles having a length of between 0.1 and 100 μm, referred to as "fine ceramic particles", as a percentage by number, the aspect ratio of a particle being equal to the ratio of the length of the particle divided by the thickness of the particle. |
