Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure relates to a roof covering including a roofing for covering a roof of a building, and method for recirculating the roofing by monitoring a condition of the roofing. To facilitate recycling, the roofing is provided with an identification tag for identifying the roofing, wherein the identification tag comprises information related or relatable to production data of the roofing. The roofing condition may be monitored with one or more sensor modules, which are configured for sensing roofing parameters of the roofing, and communicating the sensed roofing parameters to a remote monitoring station.
