Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a ventilation system (1) and a ventilation method (100) for a vehicle (10), in particular a railcar, and to a vehicle (10) comprising such a ventilation system (1). A feed air arrangement (2) is designed to introduce air into the vehicle interior, and a sensor arrangement (3) is designed to determine temperatures in the vehicle interior in spatially-resolved fashion. An outgoing air arrangement (4) has at least two outgoing air devices (5) for discharging air from the vehicle interior. The ventilation system (1) also comprises a control device (6) which is designed to actuate the at least two outgoing air devices (5) independently of one another on the basis of the temperatures determined in spatially-resolved fashion.
