Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fuel cells, and particularly relates to a fuel cell control system and a fuel cell control method. The fuel cell control system includes: a reactor (20); an air compressor (10), wherein the air compressor (10) has a compressing cavity (101), the compressing cavity (101) has a gas inlet (113) and a gas outlet (114), a rotatable pressure wheel (300) is disposed inside the compressing cavity (101), and the gas outlet (114) is in communication with the reactor (20); a control flow channel, wherein a first end of the control flow channel is in communication with the gas-intake side of the pressure wheel (300), a second end of the control flow channel is in communication with the wheel-back side of the pressure wheel (300), and the control flow channel is provided with a return valve (15) for regulating the flow rate of the control flow channel; and a central control unit (30), wherein the central control unit (30) is communicatively connected to the return valve (15) to control the opening degree of the return valve (15).
