The inner wall (122) of the chamber (12) is provided with a first conductive structure (11) electrically connected to the energy storage device (30), a second conductive structure (24) comprised in the balancer (20) is movably connected to the first conductive structure (11), and the energy storage device (30) supplies power to the balancer (20) by means of the first conductive structure (11) and the second conductive structure (24)
