Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for training a crew member (100) of a vehicle, in particular a military vehicle, in a real training room (200), wherein a purely virtual environment (2) is generated which contains at least one virtual operating device (3); the crew member (100) wears a display device (4) which is secured to the head and is arranged in the visual field of the crew member (100), and the purely virtual environment (2) is displayed to the crew member (100) on the display device (4). The hands (101) of the crew member (100) are displayed in the virtual environment (2) in the correct position, and a real operating device (5), which is assigned to the virtual operating device (3), in the training room (200) provides a haptic feedback during the operation of the virtual operating device (3).
