A verification information creation device acquires, from each verification device, an error log relating to erroneous detection that has occurred in the verification device. Then, when it is determined based on the acquired error log that the same error has occurred in a predetermined number or more of verification devices, the verification information creation device executes the following processing. The verification information creation device extracts an error log of the same error from the acquired error logs, and analyzes the extracted error log to create erroneous detection knowledge information indicating candidates for modification details of verification information that has caused erroneous detection. The verification information creation device outputs information indicating the candidates for modification details of verification information based on the erroneous detection knowledge information. The verification information creation device modifies the verification information based on information selected from the above-mentioned information indicating candidates for modification details of verification information.
