Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, or a conjugate comprising the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof linked to an agent, for use in a method of treating or managing a KIT-associated disorder, wherein said antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof immunospecifically binds to human KIT and inhibits tyrosine phosphorylation of KIT with an IC50 of about 600 pM or less as determined by ELISA, and wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof induces KIT receptor internalization.
