Zusammenfassung:The subject invention provides an oral solid pharmaceutical composition prepared by dry granulation method with slugging process, comprising Lanthanum carbonate, preferably Lanthanum carbonate octahydrate as an active ingredient, lubricant and flow agent as excipients, wherein the compression force in slugging process is between 10 to 24 kP, and the ratio of lubricant/flow agent used before and after slugging process is 7:1 respectively.
