Zusammenfassung:A multispectral microscope system (100), comprising: a first detector element (118) configured to capture a first image of a sample (102) in a first spectral channel (114), a second detector element (120) configured to capture a second image of the sample (102) in a second spectral channel (116), and a processor (128) configured to determine a spatial correlation between the first and second images based on a spectral crosstalk between the first and second spectral channels (114, 116) and to register the first and second images based on the spatial correlation.
