Zusammenfassung:	[Objective]To improve the permeability of external skin agents such as cosmetics into skin.[Constitution]In the case that an external skin agent that contains a specific component is to be applied to the skin of a right hand (1R), a liquid that contains ultrafine bubbles is applied to the portion of the skin onto which the external skin agent is to be applied. The application of the liquid is performed prior to the external skin agent being applied, by spraying the liquid from an aerosol container (10) having a spray actuator (11) with a flow rate adjusting mechanism.
