Zusammenfassung:	A child restraint (100) is configured to be securable to and separable from a base (200) installed in a vehicle. The child restraint (100) comprises a body (110) and an external light assembly (121) provided on either side of the body (110). Therein the external light assembly (121) comprises installation lights (124a) configured to operate in a first mode activating the installation lights (124a), In an event that the child restraint (100) is not secured to the base (200) and the child restraint (100) is moved, the installation lights (124a) will be activated in the first mode. In an event that the child restraint (100) is secured to the base (200), the first mode will be deactivated.
