Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for a user equipment operating by means of a base station in a cellular network, the user equipment being configured to transmit data packets with a higher and with a lower priority, comprising the steps of:- sending a in a first message a lower priority data packet,- receiving a HARQ non-acknowledgement response from the base station,in case the transmission of at least one higher priority data packet becomes due since the step of sending the lower priority data packet:- sending a second message containing an element being indicative to discontinue transmission of the lower priority data packet to the base station,- in response receiving a response message from the base station.
