METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ACCESSING NETWORK DEVICE

This application provides a network device access method and apparatus. A terminal receives parameter configuration information, where the parameter configuration information is used to indicate a time-frequency resource required by the terminal to transmit data and a cell that can be used by the terminal to transmit the data; and further accesses a network device based on the parameter configuration information. To be specific, the terminal may obtain, based on one piece of parameter configuration information, the time-frequency resource required to transmit the data and the cell that can be used to transmit the data, and does not need to obtain, by configuring different pieces of configuration information for a plurality of times, the time-frequency resource required to transmit the data and the cell that can be used to transmit the data. Different pieces of configuration information are carried by using different pieces of signaling in a conventional solution, while the parameter configuration information in embodiments of this application may be carried in one piece of signaling, so that signaling overheads are reduced.
