Zusammenfassung:	A connector for a patient ventilation system serves for connecting to a heatable breathing air tube portion for conducting ventilation air from a breathing air source to a patient and for connecting the breathing air tube portion to a patient air interface. At least one portion of the connector is formed of a thermochromic material. This results in a connector in which a temperature of the heatable breathing air tube portion is reliably displayed.
