Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a map processing method and apparatus. The method includes: constructing first map data when a vehicle is located in a parking lot and in a power-off state; triggering a construction of second map data when the vehicle is detected to be switched to a power-on state; and obtaining third map data by splicing the first map data and the constructed second map data in response to the vehicle driving out of the parking lot. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a general parking lot map applicable to the indoor or outdoor parking lots can be constructed.
