Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to pharmaceutical products and in particular to pharmaceutical combination products. The invention further relates to uses of such products in medical treatment. Embodiments of the invention have been especially developed as pharmaceutical combination products of a human polyvalent immunoglobulin composition and one or more additional monoclonal antibodies and/or fragments thereof against one or more corresponding antigens of at least one pathogen and/or pathogen-derived toxin, in particular for use in the treatment of immunodeficiency disorders and/or co-morbidities, and will be described hereinafter with reference to this application. However, it will be appreciated that the invention is not limited to this particular field of use.
