Zusammenfassung:In vitro method for determining the risk of developing breast cancer in a subject An in vitro method for determining the risk of developing breast cancer in a subject, wherein the polygenic risk score (PRS) calculated from the risks associated with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), the risk associated with phenotypic factors and family history and the risk associated with interactions between factors are combined in one model. Said method is useful for stratifying subjects based on the risk of developing breast cancer and for selecting subjects at high risk of developing breast cancer.
