Zusammenfassung:	A thermal management system having a battery and an electric motor, the temperature of both of which is to be controlled, wherein the electric motor is oil-cooled. The thermal management system has a monitoring system for monitoring an oil flow generated by an oil pump, in an oil cooling circuit including the electric motor. The monitoring system in this case has a first pressure sensor at a first point of the oil cooling circuit and a second pressure sensor at a second point of the oil cooling circuit and/or a speed sensor assigned to the oil pump. Also proposed is a vehicle having a thermal management system of this type.
