Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for measuring biometric variables of the eye, in particular to be taken into account in the calculation for intraocular lenses. The proposed device, for the scanning measurement of the eye, consists of an OCT assembly with a measuring mode for the front eye section and a measuring mode for the rear eye sections. According to the invention, an optical element is arranged between the x-y scanner and the eye, which can be axially moved to switch between the modes, and the x-y scanner is convergently or divergently illuminated to switch between the modes. Although the proposed device is preferably based on a swept-source OCT system, time-domain, frequency-domain or spectral-domain OCT systems can also be used. Nevertheless, swept-source OCT is better than other OCT variants for ensuring a quick measurement of the A-scan over the entire length of the eye, which is also free of motion artifacts. |
