The power consumption device includes a passenger compartment (40) and a box (11), the box (11) being configured for accommodating a battery cell (12), the box (11) including a thermal management component (111). Where the thermal management component (111) is configured to accommodate fluid to adjust a temperature for the battery cell (12) and the passenger compartment (40). The power consumption device, the method for manufacturing a power consumption device and the apparatus for manufacturing a power consumption device are capable of realizing reasonable use of energy, thereby reducing waste of energy.
