Zusammenfassung:	An electric heater (100, 200, 300, 400) for household appliance comprising - a metal body (101, 201, 301, 401) defining at least one conduitconduit (102, 202, 302, 402) for the passage of a fluid, in particular a liquid, to be heated; - at least one electric heating device (104, 204, 304, 404), fixed to the metal body (101, 201, 301, 401), adapted to generate heat when it is electrically powered, and to transmit heat to the metal body (101, 201, 301, 401) to heat the fluid in said at least one conduitconduit (102, 202, 302, 402); - means (105, 205, 305, 405) comprising a phase change material (PCM), constrained to the metal body (101, 201, 301, 401), the phase change material being adapted to pass at least from a first phase to a second phase, and vice versa, in a temperature range from 80 to 140 °C or from 120 to 140 °C.
