Zusammenfassung:	Provided herein are methods for preparing T cells for T cell therapy comprising contacting a cell population at a predetermined cell density, with a concentration of an anti-CD3/CD28 nanomatrix and culturing the cells thereby producing a T cell population comprising an increased percentage of at least one T cell subtype. In some embodiments, the method increases the percentage of stem memory T cells.
