Zusammenfassung:	This resin composition for a heat-radiating material contains an A liquid and a B liquid, wherein: the A liquid contains a (meth)acrylic polymer, a radically polymerizable monomer, a reaction accelerator, and at least one crosslinking agent selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate-based crosslinking agent and an ally-based crosslinking agent; the B liquid contains a (meth)acrylic polymer and a peroxide-based polymerization initiator; and said resin composition is interposed between a heat-generating element such as an electrical part, such as an automobile battery, and an electronic part, and a heat-radiating element such as a heat sink, a heat-radiating fin, a resin film, and a metal plate, and is thus useful for radiating heat generated from the heat-generating element.
