Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a method for integrating ammoximation reaction and separation. In the present invention, a titanium silicalite molecular sieve is used as a catalyst, a ketone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia are reacted by ammoximation reaction to form an oxime, the reaction materials are filtered by cross-flow filtration to separate clear liquid, a portion thereof is then withdrawn and an inert alkane solvent is added to extract the oxime, and turbid liquid containing the catalyst is recycled back to the reaction system. The method for integrating reaction and separation can reduce the filtration load of cross-flow membrane, decrease the consumption of the catalyst, save investment and operation costs and has good industrial application value.
